These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Athena Medic’s services, including course registrations, website use, and participation in any of our CPR, ACLS, PALS, or related training programs. By registering or attending a course, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. Services Provided
Athena Medic offers in-person and online healthcare training courses, including but not limited to CPR, AED, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and First Aid certification programs.
2. Eligibility and Registration
You must be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to register for our courses. By registering, you certify that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally permitted to take part in our training programs.
3. Certification Validity
Upon successful course completion, participants will receive a digital certification valid for the duration specified by the governing body (typically 1–2 years). It is your responsibility to maintain recertification before expiration.
4. Privacy and Data Usage

5. Refund and Credit Policy
🔁 Refund Requests

Refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before the class start time.

No refunds will be issued for requests made within 48 hours of the class.

💳 Credit Requests

Credit may be issued for future classes if requested prior to class start time.

Credit does not expire and may be transferred to another course.

❗ No Exceptions
By registering, you agree to abide by this refund and credit policy. Exceptions will not be granted under any circumstance.
6. Code of Conduct
Athena Medic reserves the right to remove any participant from a course for:

Disruptive or unsafe behavior

Failure to follow instructor directions

Harassment or disrespect toward staff or other participants
No refunds will be issued in these cases.
7. Rescheduling and Cancellations
Athena Medic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or facility issues. In such cases, affected participants will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option at no charge.
8. Limitation of Liability
Athena Medic is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred as a result of training activities, application of learned skills, or misuse of provided information or equipment.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
